E-Flight 4-in1 Charger
This one is pretty much self-explanatory.
I cut the cases with a razor saw by doing the top and bottom separately. I put one of the boards in the bottom case half, cut the edge, then mated the top and cut the top edge. Repeat this process as many times as you have chargers.
The first pieces you want to make are a left side and right side. Do these first so if you screw up and make 2 lefts or whatever, the extra left piece can become a center, and you still have enough parts to make a right side. If you leave the left / right for the end and you screw up .....
It would also be easy to make a 6-pack (or 4-pack) (or whatever) by cutting off the rear edges (where the connector 6V connector goes) and gluing 2 sets of chargers back-to-back. However, I prefer having all the batteries on one side so I don't plan to do this.
